These terms govern your use of the Piped desktop application and this website, provided by SOLD MY STUFF HERE LLC, dba Piped Creations. By using Piped you agree to them. [Confirm jurisdiction.]

The software

Piped is a local-first agentic development environment. It is free to use with your own provider keys (“bring your own keys”), with two workspaces open at a time. You are responsible for your own API keys, your use of third-party model and voice providers, and any costs they charge you.

Your responsibilities

• You will comply with the terms of any providers you connect (for example [Anthropic, OpenAI, Google]).
• You are responsible for the code the agents run and change on your machine.
• You will not use Piped for unlawful purposes.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe, and removes the limit on how many workspaces may be open at once. It may be used on up to 3 devices.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked. Email us and we will refund the most recent payment.
• A founder price, once granted, is held for as long as the subscription stays active. If it is cancelled and later restarted, the then-current price applies.
• If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. The app returns to the free tier and your workspaces remain on your machine.

Warranty & liability

Piped is provided “as is”, without warranty. [Standard limitation-of-liability language — have counsel supply.]
